About us

Phoenix Recruitment and Resourcing is a uniquely positioned South African company with vast experience in the International market. Our operation employs a vast number of employees to meet the need for potential clients. Our Strategy is to match and connect potential employees with potential clients and become market leaders in the recruitment and placing sector. With our unique knowledge and experience we are well placed to do just that.

What started as a conversation between a potential employee and a recruiter later turned into a business opportunity in the early parts of 2022. Where it was decided that the vast knowledge and experience both parties contributed, we could develop and create a company that could stand out from all other competitors.

Recruitment and Selection

At Phoenix Recruitment and Resourcing we strive to place the right candidate with the right potential employer. By doing a thorough analysis on what the needs of the clients are we will screen and select only the best suitable candidates to fill those needs. We will analyse every CV that is sent to us and determine if the potential candidate meets the criteria that is longed for by the client.

Our team of experts will then converse with both the client and potential employee with the match and engage with both parties as to the way forward to complete the hiring process. We at Phoenix Recruitment and Resourcing will be using various, proven methods in engaging with both clients and potential employees for example we will be using various social media methods in communication as Social media in recent times have become a hugely popular and in-demand way of communication.

We will also be in direct communication with both the client and the potential employee either by telephone, email or direct messaging. After finding the right suitable candidate for the position their application will be sent to the client and upon feedback the candidate will be contacted and the hiring process will commence.
